And inasmuch as thou shalt keep my commandments, thou shalt be made a ruler and a teacher over thy brethren.

If you keep up the good work, Nephi, I’ll put you in charge of teaching and leading your brothers. I’m not promising they’ll react well to your leadership, but in the end I'll help you get the job done.
